Our vision
Precision. Transparency. Measurable impact.
To deliver exceptional legal services defined by each—and trusted wherever our clients operate.
The firm
Since 1991, we have helped clients make consequential decisions with confidence, combining legal precision with commercial awareness and personal accountability.
A full-service practice with the perspective to see beyond the immediate legal question.
Njora Waweru & Associates acts for multinational corporations, financial institutions, government entities, non-profit organizations, entrepreneurs and private individuals in Kenya and across international markets.
Over three decades in practice have taught us that strong legal advice must do more than state the law. It must understand the client's environment, make complexity legible and create a practical route forward.
That conviction continues to shape our firm: senior-led, responsive, fully digitized and relentlessly focused on outcomes.

Engagement & fees
We agree the scope and fee approach in writing, giving clients a transparent framework for the work ahead.
Our fees are guided by the Advocates Remuneration Order and the nature, complexity and scope of each instruction.
Where the scope permits, we provide a fee estimate so expectations are clear before substantive work begins.
We offer conventional fee arrangements, with negotiated terms documented through a written agreement.
Every matter is assessed individually. A fee estimate is not a fixed quotation unless expressly confirmed in writing.
