The firm

Rooted in experience. Built for what comes next.

Since 1991, we have helped clients make consequential decisions with confidence, combining legal precision with commercial awareness and personal accountability.

’91

A full-service practice with the perspective to see beyond the immediate legal question.

Njora Waweru & Associates acts for multinational corporations, financial institutions, government entities, non-profit organizations, entrepreneurs and private individuals in Kenya and across international markets.

Over three decades in practice have taught us that strong legal advice must do more than state the law. It must understand the client's environment, make complexity legible and create a practical route forward.

That conviction continues to shape our firm: senior-led, responsive, fully digitized and relentlessly focused on outcomes.
